The Gender Diversity and Disclosure Scorecard encourages business leaders in Pakistan to voluntarily participate in sharing best practices in gender diversity for the country’s private sector. Participating companies will be evaluated and scored along 5 Gender Equity Principles (GEPs) that capture gender mainstreaming practices. These principles gauge the organization’s strategies and practices related to women’s empowerment:

  1. Leadership and Accountability
  2. Gender Diversity (Workforce Representation)
  3. Gender Pay Gaps (Compensation and Benefits)
  4. Optimal Workplace Culture
  5. Coaching and Mentoring for Female Employees

Organizations are strongly encouraged to submit public documents (or links to documents) from the last 3 years, in line with sustainability reporting frameworks. If multiple documents are relevant to the same question, please collate the documents into a single PDF/DOC file before submitting. Organizations are advised to focus on trends over discrete data points, highlighting their progress in women’s rights and economic empowerment.
