Interloop Limited is a full family clothing company established in 1992 that over the years has grown into one of the world’s largest vertically integrated hosiery manufacturing companies. It stands transformed into a multi-category company, manufacturing a wide range of products including hosiery, denim, knitwear, and seamless activewear apparel. It is entirely vertically integrated and operates with an organizational network of more than 30,000 people operating from 6 countries.

The case study aims to identify the traits of Interloop’s organizational culture within its management practices which act as enablers in navigating the challenges of exponential growth while maintaining the ethos that has led to its success, growth, and global recognition since its inception.
